Reservations are taken at least 72 hrs prior to the requested date. Although reservations may be penciled in, it is NOT considered confirmed until applicant has paid the down payment (reservation fee) of 25 % of the total cost and submit the reservation form

Reservation fee & other requirements must be furnished 3 days after initial inquiry. After this, penciled reservation shall be void.


Organizers shall inform the Management Office of any cancellation prior the event (Any fees submitted will be subject to either refund or rescheduling as long as it is 45 days prior to event)
